Shipping forwarders (courier services) options
If you want to send an ACOM product to our factory in Bulgaria for diagnostics or repairs and need adequate transportation services, ACOM can help. We can offer you the so-called "Pickup" service: our freight agent will contact you, pick up the packaged goods at the right time, and deliver them to the ACOM factory. And on the fair price.
To offer you the most cost-effective delivery services, we partner with many shipping companies, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, GLS, postal services, and others.
Delivery options:
As standard, the goods are delivered by road (truck) or by air (plane), depending on where you are located (on which continent, country). Of course, the goods can be delivered by express courier services if you wish. Our deliveries are always insured.
We will be in contact before delivery and will arrange the shipping method you prefer. The decision is always yours.
Freight charges
The calculation of shipping costs depends on:
Тhe parameters of the shipment (weight, height, width, and length of the package) The distance between the location of the sender and the recipient The type of transportation service (by road or by air, standard or express delivery) The insurance expenses.
We will inform you in advance about these expenses and will proceed with the shipping organization only after your approval.
Once we have arranged the delivery of your shipment, you will be informed by email of the forwarder's name and waybill number. This will allow you to track your shipment via the forwarder's website.
Note: Please do not ask for this information in addition. This could be classified as spam and causes unnecessary logistics overhead.
Delivery Dates and Shipping
Please note that transport and logistics time, as well as Customs procedures time, when applicable, are out of ACOM's control. I.e., ACOM bears no responsibility for delivery delays or delivery times in general.
Country-specific Customs regulations
Due to every country-specific Customs regulations, additional export and import taxes/duties may apply, which must be paid by the customer through their customs agent before the goods are sent or received. It is the customer's obligation to be informed about these regulations and to follow them.
Note: The above does not apply to EU member states, as the ACOM delivers and invoices all its goods and services from Bulgaria.
